Our home from home environment uses natural resources with relaxing cosy spaces, for the children to feel safe and secure whilst learning in a fun and relaxing environment.
Your children will spend dedicated time in our Forest School area, connecting with nature through a variety of outdoor experiences and activities.
Located in a beautiful village in the heart of the Lincolnshire countryside, our outdoor areas offer children the freedom to explore.
Our tailored spaces and hybrid approach to education allow children to reach their full potential at their own pace and in their own time.
Healthy meals are eaten together within classrooms and children are encouraged to develop independence using cutlery and pouring their own drinks.
Healthy snacks and delicious fresh food are cooked in our open-plan kitchen every day by our onsite chef using seasonal and local produce when we can. Children experience new flavours and look forward to favourite dishes while older children help in our kitchen.
Every day at Glebe Farm we encourage children to be curious and imaginative in our wonderful learning environments. In doing so, they soon develop a real love of learning. Our experienced team come with a wealth of early years learning insight. We know that every child is different with their own story to tell, so we make sure that your child learns in a way and at a pace that’s right for them.
We’re proud of our achievements and our beautiful location and magical forest school truly enhance children’s learning, development and wellbeing. It’s what makes Glebe Farm so special.
Come and see for yourself, we can't wait to meet you.
I can honestly say a big part of this is down to the brilliant work done by all Glebe Farm staff. Our son loves the nursery and is always excited on his nursery days as he knows how much fun he has and the great care they take of him. I couldn't recommend Glebe Farm Nursery School enough to anyone looking for childcare.
She absolutely loves her days at nursery and it is obvious to me that she feels safe, cared for and stimulated in the nursery environment provided there. All of the staff members go above and beyond to look after the children in their care but also to make sure any parental concerns are dealt with swiftly, professionally and always with compassion and sensitivity. All in all, the nursery is just a lovely place for children to develop and learn new things.
The staff have always been brilliant and shown great care and understanding towards my son who had early signs of Autism when he started nursery. Glebe Farm has a very unique setting located in the open countryside which gives the children the opportunity to explore wildlife and the great outdoors. This is something that really appealed to us as parents when we chose Glebe.
With its sunroom and sensory area, the Baby Barn offers so many opportunities for sensory discovery and gentle play for this age group. Our trained team care for your baby, making them feel safe and secure, and help them learn and develop new skills, from walking to talking.
After a busy morning of exploring and learning, there’s time to recharge. We know how important naps are, and make sure that when they need it, children can sleep. Our Baby Barn has a separate mezzanine sleeping area and we’ll closely follow your baby’s own routine to ensure their needs are met.
As their story begins to take shape, growing toddlers are given the time and space to be more independent, discover and learn. Children make friends, learn to play alongside each other and become more aware of the world around them. Our experienced educators encourage language development too, starting with simple sounds and building to sentences.
By this age, children are inquisitive and active learners, and our tailored spaces enrich this through free access to resources and singing, rhyming and story sessions with team members.
With growing confidence and ability, we prepare our preschool children for the learning journey ahead with a focus on phonics, numbers and social skills.
Our younger preschoolers explore creativity and imaginative play and enjoy developing social skills through group activities. Our beautiful natural environment provides opportunities for exploring the outdoors and connecting with nature.
Older children enjoy free play in a more structured environment, while also immersing themselves in outdoor activities and challenges in our Forest School activities. Children spend their final year with us getting ready for primary school. By this time, they have made firm friendships and leave us as independent learners, ready for the next chapter of their own story.
Amidst all that learning, there’s plenty of time for play with games, creative activities and outdoor fun.
If children prefer some time away from the hustle and bustle, our quiet area is equipped with reading books and spaces to complete homework.
Whether it’s breakfast to start the day or a hearty meal after school, all of our nutritious food is freshly prepared daily.
